Food for certain purpose how this works?

I think everyone heard that you should eat certain food for some process, some certain organ or system in the body e.g. you should eat nuts for brain to work better and so on...

Well can i ask what exactly makes certain food be good for something you know USDA has charts with complete data of what that food consist of and its same from food to food just different values.

Okay here we come to funny part, different food with around same amounts of chemicals can be told to work for different purposes in the body, is that just mistakingly thought or there are some magic chemicals that not included in the USDA or any other scientific data?Food for certain purpose how this works?
No - even very similar vegetables/fruits have different properties, and will react differently in the body. The effect may be based on the exact ratio of one compound to another, i.e. a vitamin and a mineral ..

The foods do not contain artificial chemicals, and therefore do not require USDA testing or approval ...
