My TV is HD but does not support a HDMI cable going in to it. My TV does not come with sound on it. I am running my speaker system through an amplifier. Is there any way I can get the sound to work using this DVI cable?I am changing my tv with a HDMI to DVI cable for my new PS3.This works but the sound does not work.Help?

go to sound settigns on your ps3 menu
Settings%26gt; SoundSettings%26gt; Audio Output Settings%26gt; HDMI %26gt; Automatic and so on.
if that doesnt work then do the optical cable
you could use the optical cable to connect to your sound or the left right (red white) cables.
