Calorie Shifting: Can you give me details on how this works?

I'm very interested in losing the last remains of some very stubborn pounds. And I've been reading that calorie shifting can do that for me. But it's very hard to find extensive details on it. Could anyone help me.

I know it revolves around eating the same food, but eating them at different points during the day and in the order in which you eat those foods.

Can anyone give me any extensive details on this. I'm very interested and would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance.Calorie Shifting: Can you give me details on how this works?
The Shifting Calories Theory...

Your body always ';attempts'; to burn the exact number of calories that you eat each day (this makes weight loss nearly impossible for many people).

However, through careful testing we've made a discovery about the human body.

We've discovered that the human body takes several days to ';sense'; any change in calories -- so if you SHIFT your calories (in a VERY special way) then your body gets ';confused'; and begins burning extra fat tissue (but only if you follow our carefully tested eating pattern).

That's the ';TRICK'; which allows our diet to force SUPER FAST weight loss to happen....Calorie Shifting: Can you give me details on how this works?
Calorie shifting is basically zig-zagging what you eat.

For example if your daily calorie intake is 2,000, you can eat 1,700 calories for one day, and for the next day you can eat 2,300. This gets your metabolism very high, because your metabolism never gets used to a routine and it's always guessing what's going to happen the next day.

:)
i have no idea what calorie shifting is but im guessing based on the name it's the point in your diet where you lost weight and now need to cut down more calories? this is because the less you weigh the fewer calories you need to maintain your weight. so your diet is going to have to consist of fewer calories per day
