Ground the machines properly. Keep them from static discharges by using anti-static mats. Remove the carpeting. Tell the janitorial crew not to vacuum to close to the CPU's. This could result in your connection. Try checking your keyboard cable and see if it is properly plugged in. I am also curious to see what some other possibilities might be. Hope you get this resolved as I know this has to be a major pain.
