Can anyone explain how this one works?

Someone asked a REALLY STUPID question in another section of answers and (amazingly) got a raft of equally stupid and sarcastic responses. Of course this person was a troll with multiple accounts and had every answer reported; THEN THEY REMOVED THE QUESTION.

Question - if a question gets removed by the asker does that not make any and all violations non events? Isn't that the equivalent of running over a body that is already dead? Can anyone explain how this one works?
report the account i guess??Can anyone explain how this one works?
From a legal standpoint:

Not if you thought the body was alive when you ran over it.

Goes to intent.

The crime remains.

Can you figure out how this puzzle works?

Think of a number from one to ten.

Multiply it by nine.

Add up the digits of the sum of the new number.

Subtract five.

Find the letter in the alphabet that corresponds with this number, A for 1, B for 2, C for 3, etc.

Think of a country that starts with that letter.

Now think of an animal whose name starts with the last letter of that country's name.

Think of a fruit whose name starts with the last letter of the name of that animal.

Are you thinking of an orange eating kangaroo in Denmark?

This IS a trick. Do YOU see how it works? Can you figure out how this puzzle works?
Well, no matter what nuber you pick, when you multiply it by 9 and you add the digits it will always be 9. SO subtracting 5 will always give you 4 so the letter you choose will always be ';D';.

Almost everyone in the US will pick Denmark (The only other options are Djibouti and the Dominican Republic)

This leaves you with an animal starting with K. You could choose Kiwi bird or Koala, but Kangaroo is the choice most will make.

Unless you are taking your sweet time, most people can't think of another fruit besides an Orange that starts with O.

Of course you could end up with an iguana eating an apple in Djibuti. Can you figure out how this puzzle works?
Your number is always 4 or the letter D, however, the country you choose with not always be Denmark. What about Dominican Republic, Dominica, or Djibouti? In which case you can have a variety of answers. for exampleDominican Republic = Cat, Cow, or crow etc., then you get tomato, watermelon, etc.

It is interesting, however.........not always correct
I lost interest after mutipy by nine
no matter what 3u pick you always end up with 4.......the 4th letter is D.......denmark is the only country u can use same as orange and kangaroo..............tried a few numbers with this and always get the same result....had me thinking though
i dont see it
Any number between 1%26amp;10 multiplied by 9 with it's numbers added together will always be 9. 9 minus 5 is always 4. 4th letter will always be D. Contry that starts with D is always Denmark. Last letter of Denmark is K. Kangaroo is usually the most well known K animal. Try Koala. Last letter of kangaroo O. Orange would be the logical fruit. If using Koala, apple would be normal response. So you may be thinking of an apple eating Koala in Denmark. Denmark will always be the place, so depending on what animal you fancy most it will either be eating an apple or an orange. Have a good day.

  • I am interested in buying a house. Can anyone give me an idea of how this works? First time buyer, little cash

I am a first time buyer, almost 40, single mom, very little cash, and am done with renting!!

I don't know where to start or what the best thing to do is. Looking to do this in the next 2 months.

I am living in PA right now, and would be willing to relocate.I am interested in buying a house. Can anyone give me an idea of how this works? First time buyer, little cash
Get yourself a real estate agent to help you. They can tell you everything you need to know as well as figure out how much you can afford. You can see a mortgage broker for the loan or you can deal with your bank. Get the taxes and insurance included in the mortgage, go with a fixed rate, and make sure there is no early pay-off penalty (you could hit the lottery or something!) If you don't put down a certain percent (I think it is 20%) you have to pay PMI which is an insurance the lender wants in order to guarentee the loan. With a fixed rate, you don't have to worry about interest rates going up and so does you mortgage payment. You payment may go up if you get the insurance and taxes added in and either of them go up. Hope this helps you. There is a lot you need to know and a good reputable realtor can help you a lot.

Does anyone know if this deodorant works good?

okay so i sweat really bad, and someone said that i should use this deodeorant its called maximum. does it really work good?Does anyone know if this deodorant works good?
I'm in the same boat. You may have axillary hyperhydrosis, which causes your sweat glands to be somewhat overactive. Some prescription deodorants cause irritation, but i use degree clinical strength and right guard clinical strength, and they both work fairly well. The directions state that you should take a shower directly before bed and apply the deodorant then, since your body temperature lowers slightly as you sleep, and it has time to soak in. I assume the other clinical strength deodorants work well too if they are used as directed. I can speak from experience when saying that they do work better if put on before bed. When i wake up, i just pop my head in the shower so my hair doesn't look ruffianish, and good to go.Does anyone know if this deodorant works good?
Yeah it does work. Also Secret products work really well.
If you have a real big problem , see your doctor . there is a prescription deodorant .
Yes it works the best for heavy sweating.
ive never heard of it but you should try secret clinical strength.. there is now way you can go wrong with it!
idk, but dove clinical stregth works extremely well
you should try Mitchum and Certain-Dry at night. I promise if you give it time you should see a difference. I used to have the same problem
    use Dove. its amazing!
    yes it does

Loreal self tanner~How do u think this works?

my two friends have used it and they came back with a beautiful natural looking tanLoreal self tanner~How do u think this works?
I like the L'Oreal Sublime Bronze tanning towelettes. I get a very even, neat-looking tan using these. Use them every day after exfoliating or shaving your legs for about 4 days, then you can use them once every two or three days to keep your tan. It smells nice, too.Loreal self tanner~How do u think this works?
L'oreal Sublime self tanner works well...but can have a nasty smell after a while. Make sure that you don't wear anything light colored cuz it will stain it... It works nicely...good color.

Can a boeing make also the same autoland when only 2 autopilots are working, or must all 3 works for this?

and: would a autoland even work with only one working? Can a boeing make also the same autoland when only 2 autopilots are working, or must all 3 works for this?
The autoland system needs three autopilots to initialize. You can only engage 1 autopilot at a time. The only way all three autopilots can be connected simultaneously is when APP is armed. Each autopilot is then conncted to a separate electrical source. It is possible to autoland using only 2 autopilots, but ONLY after all 3 were first engaged as described above.

Should a failure occur from the time the APP is armed and 200' RA, the autoland status annunciator (ASA) will tell you at a glance your status. You may get Land 2, No Land 3, or No Autoand, depending on the failure. You could lose an autopilot in which case a Land 2 No Land 3 advisory is displayed.

Below 200'RA these are inhibited except for the No Autoland, in which case you need to go around if you're shooting an actual Cat 2 or 3 approach.

BTW, do you know there is an ILS hold point on the taxiway? It is there to protect the ils critical area so that arriving aircraft shooting an autoland approach will not lose the ILS signals during the approach. Aircraft taxiing past that ILS hold point can interfere with the signals received by the arriving flight which could cause a missed approach. It is only ';critical'; when the weather is below 800'RA, or an arriving aircraft requests ATC to keep the area clear to they can practice an autoland.

Finally, airlines always attempt to land at their destination, fuel permitting, unless the weather is below minimums before the final approach fix arrives. Otherwise, you shoot the approach, take a look, and divert as necessary.

If you are Cat 3 qualified, you are expected to fly a Cat 3 approach and land, provided the airPORT has a published and certified Cat 3 approach. It's not a macho thing, it's business. We're trained to do it and the company expects us to perform as we were trained. Can a boeing make also the same autoland when only 2 autopilots are working, or must all 3 works for this?
Autoland needs the specially certified and tested autopilot computer (with autoland), at least one working NAV radio, a CAT III ILS approach, a specialy trained crew, certain type of airplane, and an airport that hasn't closed in 0-0 vis conditions...

The last part is possibly the most critical... most airports won't stay open when the conditions are bad enough to only allow autoland equipped airplanes to land...

While autoland is a great thing, and pilots certified for it practice them pretty often (in VFR conditions) and the passengers dont even know it, they are rarely used to their full potential to land in 0-0 vis... usually a flight will divert before resorting to the autoland as an only option...

In answer to your direct question... if any of the autopilots have failed, a pilot is automatically preparing for the whole autopilot system to fail... (reasoning that whatever caused the first one to fail would maybe cause the other to fail too)... If it was me, there would be NO way that I continue to the destination if the weather is bad enough to even possibly warrant an autoland approach... I would divert... and hand-fly the ILS if necessary at the diversion airport...
