Golden's answer is close to the truth. The way you really make money at any multi level marketing network is by getting people to join and sell under you. This gets you a bigger discount and you effectively get a cut out of their margin.





I'm not saying it is good or bad. If you either get in early or find a few excellent people as your downlines then you can make real money through this assuming the product is good. I dont agree that it is barely legal, as far as I am aware it is on the level. Personally I wouldn't do it and the Amway folk would probably say thats because I'm a loser. Maybe they are right.





Where you can go off the rails with this type of thing is investing your money in various training schemes and selling aides. Make up your own mind but look in to it in great depth before you commit your cash.
