Computer not beeping when booting but works fine, is this going to be a potential problem?

I have just upgraded to a new case and have installed everything properly. But now when i turn it on there is no beep, but everything works fine. Should i be worried about this?Computer not beeping when booting but works fine, is this going to be a potential problem?
nothing to worry about. You just didn't hook up the internal speaker. It could be your new case doesn't have one.Computer not beeping when booting but works fine, is this going to be a potential problem?
No,it WILL beep if it detects a problem.Newer computers really don't need this anymore, this is more of an...Outdated thing...
All valid answers so far, pretty much!

Whatever the reason, I'd be glad of it. Nothing to worry about in the least.
Shouldent be the new case may be quieter
No, you should be glad. Normally beeps on boot up are signals that something did not work quite right. For instance, 3 beeps on startup is a common signal that you have a ram memory problem.
No, you may have just connected the system speaker incorrectly OR the system doesn't send the beep codes through the case any more.
