I have seen often people can download songs as ringtone by sending a sms to a certain number like 5555 or676869 in adds on tv or published in a website
in some websites to become a member u hav to login ur mobile no,after that they will send a password to login to their siteHow does this technology works of sending sms and receiving password?
It works just like any other text message (SMS). They use the number you provide to send you a text message. Then you manually type the password into their site. It's a way of determining that you are actually a person. However, I would be careful who you are giving your number to; make sure you trust the website!
